Meat of wild animals dishes:



Roast

3 kilograms of meat, 1 spoon of butter, 100 grams of salted pork fat, 1 glass of sour creme, 7 glasses of water, teaspoon of flour, spoon of salt, pepper.

Well beat off the meat, remove the skin, well wash and lard of salted pork fat, pour salt and pepper. Fry both sides by turns on baking tray till browned crust. Then add a glass of boiling water on baking tray and frying at least 1,5 hours, with turn over. Add mixture on baking tray during the frying, which was made from glass of sour cream, one tea spoon of flour and six glasses of warm water.
Time cooking – at least 3,5 hours.

Roedeer meat dishes. Fried roedeer.

2 kilogramms of meat, 0,7 litre of marinade, 150 grams of fat.

Clean Roedeer meat (without back legs), well wash and place in marinade for 3 days. Lard spinal salted pork fat and frying on the pan till ready. Cut in portions and pour a juice, which appeared during the frying. Serve with fried or boiled potato.
